Commercial Manager - Residential / New-build An excellent opportunity has arisen for a commercially astute individual to join a Residential / New-build Company. My client has recently gone through a grown period, and now seek an experienced Commercial Manager, to join them on a permanent basis. You will be involved in land appraisals, management reporting and commercial management of the developments. An important aspect of the role will to identify areas to optimise build costs without compromising quality of the end product Main duties will include: * Procurement of subcontract packages * Managing all commercial aspects, from feasibility study to completion * Assist with land appraisals * Management reporting, including: commercial cash flows, cost reports, performance valuations and forecasting * Site and progress monitoring
