<p><strong>The Role</strong><br />We’re looking for a technically minded all-rounder to support pre-construction across multiple developments, moving projects from feasibility to site start. This role is also suitable for professionals with experience as a Pre-Construction Engineer, Technical Project Coordinator, Development Technical Coordinator, Construction Development Engineer, Design Coordinator, or Assistant Design Manager.</p>
<p>You’ll work closely with the Head of Pre-Construction (Technical) to:</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support pre-construction activities across multiple developments</li>
<li>Review technical information, including drawings, surveys, and site reports</li>
<li>Identify design, technical, and delivery risks and opportunities</li>
<li>Assist in early discussions with statutory bodies</li>
<li>Prepare technical reports and project documentation</li>
<li>Monitor technical obligations post-land exchange</li>
<li>Attend project launch and handover meetings</li>
<li>Liaise with consultants, regulatory bodies, and internal teams</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>5+ years’ experience in construction, development, or housebuilding</li>
<li>Experience with developers or main contractors preferred</li>
<li>Strong understanding of development and pre-construction processes</li>
<li>Skilled at reviewing technical drawings and reports</li>
<li>Excellent organisation, multitasking, and communication skills</li>
<li>Strong IT proficiency (Word, Excel)</li>
<li>Engineering-focused mindset rather than architectural</li>
</ul>

<p>This is a brilliant opportunity for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join a busy, design-led team of over 20 staff working across a wide range of residential projects — from new build developments to complex refurbishment and high-rise schemes. You’ll get real exposure, real responsibility, and the chance to progress quickly.</p>
<p>The Role</p>
<ul type="disc">
<li>Get involved across all RIBA stages, from concept through to delivery</li>
<li>Produce drawings, models and presentation work</li>
<li>Support the development of Revit models (full training available)</li>
<li>Work on multiple live projects alongside experienced Architects and Technologists</li>
<li>Attend design meetings and contribute ideas</li>
<li>Visit sites and see your designs come to life</li>
</ul>
<p>What They’re Looking For</p>
<ul type="disc">
<li>RIBA Part 2 qualified (or close)</li>
<li>Strong design eye with good technical awareness</li>
<li>Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite</li>
<li>Revit interest or exposure (not essential training available)</li>
<li>Positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn</li>
<li>Someone who wants to build a long-term career in architecture</li>
</ul>
