Senior Site Manager
York City Centre
25 week contract
We are working with a reputable principal contractor who work in a work in a variety of sectors within Civil Engineering and Building including Education, Student Accommodation and PRS, commercial and industrial units. They build projects up to a value of £30m.
Contract
We're looking for a Site Manager to head up the initial phase of a Demolition project in the centre of York. The Contract will last a minimum of 25 weeks beginning in December. There will be an element of asbestos removal, and so you will have to demonstrate that you've worked in this environment in the past. You will need the following experience;
- CSCS/SMSTS/First Aid certificate
- History of working for a principal contractor
- History of working on demolition projects.
- History of working on projects up to £5m in value.
