Paul Buckingham

Paul set up Recruit Build in 2003 from a background in construction and architecture. He has spent the past 16 years working within executive and technical recruitment for the built environment. Prior to this Paul trained in architecture and worked for a national Architectural practice in Leeds.

His specialist areas of recruitment include architecture, construction and surveying.

Paul is a family man and highly active individual being a keen skier and triathlete. He successfully climbed Mont Blanc in 2011 in the Recruit Build Mont Blanc Challenge raising almost £5000 for Cancer Research and Help for Heroes, share the final steps to the summit by watching the 40 second video by clicking here.

Marie Buckingham

Marie has 15 years’ experience and extensive knowledge of recruiting for the Property and Construction sector having been an executive search specialist and operated at Director Level within a national main contracting environment for 6 of those years.  The understanding and foresight this provides is unrivalled and a major aspect of Marie’s skill set is not only in sourcing high quality individuals but her depth of knowledge of the industry and positive nature in being able to attract and secure the highest calibre candidates for your business.

With remarkable positivity and tenacity to succeed, her fundamental philosophy is that to be successful in business you have to build solid and trusting relationships with your customers, your suppliers and your people and she has assembled a complementary team around her that share her vision.

Away from business Marie is a country girl at heart having grown up on a farm, she is a mother of three boys which keep her extremely busy when the working day finishes.
