Recruit Build is looking for a freelance Project Manager to oversee the construction works of a 100 unit modular housing development in Selby. This project is already underway and a PM is required to run the scheme for the remaining 6 months.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all onsite activities.
- Specialising or have experience of managing residential developments.
Requirements:
- SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- Black CSCS
