Project Manager - FFE
Client Facing
Location: London
Duration: Approximately 2 months
The Opportunity
My client, who is a well established family business that manufacture, supply and fit FFE for main contractors and developers in the Student Accommodation sector, has 2 projects coming up in Central London. The projects require a Client facing Project Manager for high volume FF&E fitout within a student residential environment.
The Person
Ideal candidate criteria -
- Work daily with Logistic and Installation Contractors to maintain progress against programme
- Manage RAMS and site specific H&S compliance
- Variation avoidance on site with implementation of mitigation measures
- Assist in pre-installation checks and non-conformance avoidance
- Manage multiple projects within a commutable distance
- Background in FF&E - Kitchens & Bedrooms
- Commercially astute with strong reporting ability
- Thorough understanding of QAQC procedures and platforms e.g. BIM 360/Field View or other
- Client facing abilities
- Tier 1 experience
- Minimum Quals - CSCS/SMSTS/FAW
The will cover two projects running back to back in Central London. These are very similar in nature and are located - 1. Euston Rd and 2. Shoreditch.
