Description

Senior Site Manager

Salford

Perm/Fixed Term Contract Available

£55,000 - £65,000

Client

We are working with a unique Construction company, based in Sheffield, who have an enviable portfolio of work throughout Yorkshire and the North West. Not only do they build their own projects, they also cost consult and project manage for clients, which really does make them a business offering all construction related solutions.

Role

We are looking for an experienced, number 1 Site Manager to head up a £4m private residential scheme in Salford. The programme is to start immediately and will run for a minimum of 15 months. You will need the following experience;

  • Experience of working within private residential, student accommodation or hotel schemes.
  • Thorough experience of working as a No1 Site/Project Manager on projects up to £5m in value.
  • Capable of being site based and hands on with sub-contractors, but also have the ability to Project Manage and be responsible to the client.
  • Hands on financial management with the project.
  • Be confident and self sufficient.
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.
  • Logistics

    We are looking for a dynamic individual to join an ambitious company. Logistically, it would benefit if you are both commutable to Salford but also to the Yorkshire region for future projects, so based on the M62 corridor/Glossop way would be an advantage (although not a pre-requisite).

    Further to this, we are flexible in how we can employ, so if you'd prefer to work on a fixed term contract or permanent basis, it is worth having a conversation with us here at Recruit Build.

    Please note that every effort will be made to contact all applicants, however due to the high volume in candidate applications if you have not had a response to your submission within 10 days please assume that you have not been shortlisted for interview on this occasion.
