This is a nationally active business involved in residential construction projects. Due to continued expansion there is a requirement for a Design Team Manager to be based out of the Huddersfield office.

As Design Manager you will oversee members of the architectural design team, oversee multiple projects from a design perspective ensuring they are delivered efficiently and work with other elements of the business on bids and tenders for new work.

You should have similar career experience managing a design team as either as a senior level Architect, Technologist or Building Surveyor or Design Manager. You will have a design background and have developed solid management skills throughout your career.
