Site Manager - Major Construction Projects - Dublin

This is an opportunity to join a multi-billion pound turnover global construction business, delivering some of the highest profile developments worldwide.

This construction main contractor is looking for experienced Site Managers to aid in the delivery of a £15M two block warehouse build with office space and welfare facilities in Dublin which is part of a wider £90M development which is currently underway for a global technology giant. This project will be delivered in parallel with a build programme from March 2021 to the end of 2021.

Initially with it being a 9 month programme employment will be on a fixed term contract (directly employed by client with all the benefits) with the potential of a full time permanent role at the end of the project as additional projects come on stream through 2021.

The remuneration package is negotiable and will be based on the experience of the suitable candidates with a salary to €70k pro rata, plus full benefits package.
