Design Manager - Major construction projects - Dublin

This is an opportunity to join a multi-billion pound turnover global construction business, delivering some of the highest profile developments worldwide.

This construction main contractor is looking for an experienced Design Manager to deliver a £15M two block warehouse build with office space and welfare facilities in Dublin which is part of a wider £90M development which is currently underway for a global technology giant.

This project will be delivered in parallel with a build programme to the end of 2021.

You must have Design Management experience of delivering 'big shed' projects.

Initially, with it being a 9 month programme, employment could either be on a fixed term contract (directly employed by client with all the benefits) or as freelance Design Manager on a day rate.

Day rate is negotiable depending on current experience and rate and remuneration package if direct with client on fixed term role has a salary to €85k / £75k pro rata, plus car allowance plus benefits package.
