Residential Land Buyer
Leeds Office
Our client, a dynamic and entrepreneurial Development and Construction business, based in Leeds are seeking a Residential Land Buyer to join them. The Land Buyer, will be working on securing land for residential developments across the country, focusing on sites of varying size.
The successful candidate will be working closely with the MD and will need experience working in a similar role. The candidate will need to hold a full driving licence and be willing to travel nationally for work.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified and ideal construction or property related.
- Confident deal maker doing 2-3 land deals a year consistently.
- Currently working for a national or regional residential developer.
- Detailed understanding of the planning application and appeals process.
- A strong network of contacts in the land agency world.
- Determined, hungry and ambitious.
- Ability to work autonomously and independently from the rest of the team.
- Must have previous experience in a similar role of 5 years minimum.
- An experienced land buyer who has a background and demonstrable history of buying sites.
- Living within commutable distance of Leeds
- Full UK driving licence.
