Site Manager - Sheffield
Client
This is a long established privately owned regional building contractor who have a long history of building and refurbishing projects throughout the Yorkshire region. They typically build projects from a few hundred thousand, up to £6m in value and within both the public and private sectors. This opportunity is one which can offer job security and a sustainable pipeline of projects.
Role
This new requirement is for an experienced Site Manager to join the team and act as number one on site delivering a £4M refurbishment and new build extensions to a secure detention facility in Sheffield. This is a permanent role with future pipeline of projects looking strong.
You will require the following experience: -
- Have experience of working in a Principal Contractor setting previously acting as number 1 on site.
- Experience of working on live sites both refurbishment and new build construction.
- Great eye for detail and H&S focussed.
- Run projects up to £3M / £4M in value.
- Have either a trade or degree background with up to date CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid.
- Must have an enhanced DBS certificate or ability to acquire one
- Have experience of working on an NEC3 option A project with a good understanding of the processes and requirements.
