Company This is an extremely successful multi-disciplinary construction consultancy specialising in professional services operating in both the housing and commercial sectors. Located in high spec offices near Huddersfield the services the consultancy provide include architecture and design, project management, asset management, CDM coordination and surveying. Role For an ambitious candidate this is a great opportunity to join the Architectural Design Team as a Senior / Architectural Technologist. The consultancy are looking for someone with at least 5 years experience who is capable in taking jobs from inception / feasibility through to construction completion in a high pressure environment with tight deadlines.
Ideal Candidate:
Qualities required for this role will include:
- High level of knowledge and experience in Revit essential
- Knowledge of BIM workflows/standards
- Knowledge and experience in AutoCad
- Proven experience in a Design Office
- A strong technical ability in all forms of construction
- Experience in Building and Planning regulations/procedures
- Good interpersonal, communication and written articulation skills
- A team player with the determination to drive projects forward
- Personal presence and well-developed leadership skills to support and assist more junior members of the team
