- Description
This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Project Manager / Quantity Surveyor to join an expanding Leeds based building consultancy with the unique protentional of fast track to Director within 12-24 months for the right candidate.
With an ever-increasing workload from high profile blue chip retail clients to residential developers and large commercial clients this consultancy is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team who can deliver projects from £1M to £30M (client side) driving the build and pulling together various consultants but also take on an element of the team management within the business.
Requirements:
- Senior PM / QS (Ideally a Quantity Surveyor by background with PM experience)
- Degree qualified with 10+ years experience
- Ideally MAPM, MRICS, MCIOB etc
- Leeds based or can get to Leeds for office days
- Flexible office / agile working
- Happy to travel to projects throughout the UK
- Experience of managing a team
- Able to work independently
- Able to support the company Business Development strategy - i.e attend events, arrange B2B meetings etc. The consultancy has a dedicated BDM but the requirement to support the BD strategy would be part of this role.
- Pathway to Director in the next 12-24 months for the right individual
This is a permanent role with excellent career progression potential. Salary is to £75,000pa (depending on experience) + car allowance + package.
