The project pipeline is extensive and secured for the future.

Projects range from £1M to £20M within leisure and stadia, healthcare, education, commercial and residential sectors. They have a great deal of repeat business which is testament to the quality of the projects they deliver.

Role:

A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to join the team, you will have extensive project experience with a main building contractor, you will work closely with the Senior Management Team ensuring commercial success of projects.

Current schemes include, colleges, schools, hotels and commercial developments, all new build.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to work on a variety of projects with a leading tier one contractor that can offer excellent support and personal development to meet your career aspirations.

You should be Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management and ideally be RICS qualified.

This is a permanent role with excellent career progression. Salary is to £70,000pa (depending on experience) + car allowance + excellent package.
