- Description
- This role is for a Technical Manager with one of the most successful care developers in the UK that are based in Yorkshire. This role is an exciting addition to the development and construction division and supports the continued pipeline of delivering 25 sites per annum of 65 bed £8M care homes.
Reporting to the Development Director and working in close conjunction with the Construction Technical Director, this role will support all development activity from site feasibility to site completion / purchase; ensuring that all technical requirements on ground conditions, utilities and infrastructure are understood and solutions in place to support a robust and implementable planning consent and an efficient construction programme for the internal construction team.
The role is a key appointment that supports a very fast paced land purchasing team. The successful individual will have demonstratable experience within a technical capacity in a pre-construction / development environment, ideally within the residential sector.
The role comes with a competitive salary and excellent package including car allowance, 4-weekly pay (13 pay days per year) and a free well equipped onsite gym.
