What You'll Do:

• Work hand-in-hand with the dynamic Site Management and Project Management teams.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to keep projects running smoothly.
• Manage resources like labour, materials, and equipment to optimise efficiency.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high level of quality and address any challenges head-on.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and quality standards every step of the way.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager with a main building contractor or solid experience with a specialist subcontractor.
• Relevant construction qualifications either working towards a degree in construction management or hold a BTEC in construction.
• Good understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
• Great communication skills to connect with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Relevant certifications (CSCS, SMSTS) are a must.
