Company
This is a privately owned main contractor specialising in large accommodation schemes. Projects range from £20M to £60M within the student accommodation and BTR sectors. They have a great deal of repeat business which is testament to the quality of the projects they deliver.
The business is made up of high energy, ambitious individuals with an entrepreneurial culture that are looking for like-minded professionals to complement the team.
Role:
A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to join the team, you will have extensive project experience with a main building contractor, you will work closely with the Senior Management Team ensuring commercial success of projects.
Current scheme is a £50M BTR development which will run until early 2026 with continued project pipeline in the Midlands after completion.
You should be Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management and ideally be RICS qualified.
This is a permanent role with excellent career progression. Salary is to £80,000pa (depending on experience) + car allowance + excellent package.
