The Role

We’re seeking a technically minded Architectural Technician / Technologist with good 3D visualisation skills to join the construction design team. This is a role for someone with energy, creativity, and ambition – someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and wants to see their designs evolve into real, impactful buildings. From feasibility studies through planning and technical drawings, you’ll collaborate closely with construction and development teams to bring concepts to life.

What You’ll Bring

• A minimum of 4 years practical experience
• Strong technical knowledge of modern building technology, planning, and building regulations
• Ability to deliver feasibility studies, planning applications, and detailed working drawings
• Good 3D Visualisation skills
• Proficiency in Revit
• Experience with Autodesk Vehicle Tracking (advantageous but not essential)
• Background in accommodation-based projects up to £8M (beneficial but not essential)
