The Role

As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you'll play a key role in the design team, working on a diverse portfolio—from new build housing to complex high-rise apartment developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver detailed technical drawings for RIBA Stages 2–6
• Manage multiple projects and oversee junior team members work
• Prepare planning, building control, and construction drawings
• Attend client and site meetings, offering sound technical guidance

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong background in high-rise residential projects
• Experience with Design & Build Contracts
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit knowledge a plus
• Solid understanding of construction methods and Building/Planning Regs
• A collaborative mindset with leadership potential
