Assistant Site Manager
Guildford, Surrey
Recruit Build are working closely with a tier 1 principal contractor who are going through enormous growth in the region with some fantastic recent project acquisitions. They have expertise in numerous sectors, including education, healthcare, commercial offices, amongst others and with values over and above £20m in value.
We are working side by side with this client to set up brand new site teams, on both the operations and commercial front, which has created fantastic opportunities for career growth, development and opportunity.
Role
We are looking to appoint a talented Assistant Site Manger to begin on a £15m project. You will have experience of working with a principal contractor and experience of working within a site team to deliver high-valued projects.
We will need therefore an Assistant Site Manager with the following experience;
- 3 - 5 years of working at an Assistant Site Manager level.
- Experience of Design & Build contracts at £10m value and above.
- Experience of working on projects with high levels of health and safety.
- Experience and awareness of logistics.
- Ability to be a driving force on site with full site control of subcontractors.
- Relevant degree in a construction field or currently studying whilst working a part time degree.
