Client
This is a long established privately owned regional building contractor who have a long history of building and refurbishing projects throughout the Yorkshire region. They typically build projects from a few hundred thousand, up to £6m in value and within both the public and private sectors. This opportunity is one which can offer security and a sustainable pipeline of projects.
Role
We are looking for a an experienced Site Manager to help deliver projects located throughout the Yorkshire region, initially to be based on a project in Sheffield. You will need the following experience;
- Have experience of working in a Principal Contractor setting previously
- Worked on education/University based projects, commercial and public sectors.
- Worked on projects up to £5m in value.
- Have either a trade or degree background with up to date CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid.
