Job Title: Account Director
Division: Retail
Reports To: Divisional Operations Director

The Role
Responsible for the successful delivery and strategic development of the Account and managing key client relationships, supporting the Company's vision, strategy, business plan and values and contribute to the growth of the business by building relationships, maximising repeat business and actively seeking market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Account in line with the strategic measures and budget forecasts.
- To develop the customer strategic plan and communicate to the team.
- Manage existing and develop new client relationships to ensure an excellent client experience is maintained.
- Provide leadership to and support the Account Managers and Delivery teams and provide guidance where there is escalation of a delivery risk or dispute resolution
- Provide reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Undertake project adjudications and attend regular site visits and monthly project reviews Identify and drive opportunities for additional savings through initiatives and Continuous Improvement.
- To monitor progress against financial targets set by the business.
- To manage risk and take necessary action to safeguard the business.
- Work closely with the HSQE team to continuously improve the standards of health and safety across the business and carry out HSQE audits in line with Company expectations.
- To install best practice into the business at every opportunity.
- To ensure full compliance with all Company HSQE standards, policies, processes, ISO accreditations and legislative requirements.

- Construction background ideally within fast-paced Retail or Banking environments
- Proven account leadership experience
