Freelance or 6-month Fixed Term Contract
The Business
Our client is a dynamic construction company, who are specialists in fit-out, technology, construction, and development. They nurture strong customer relationships built on mutual trust, collaboration, and open communication together with exceptional delivery.
The Opportunity
The business is looking to find a Project Manager specifically, to manage trades and the installation along with the programme. You will be a natural problem solver and a hands-on Project Manager, with successful delivery and hand over of the project at the forefront of everything that you do.
The project is the fit out of a high-end kitchen and cafeteria area, including kitchen, seating areas, toilets and supporting services. The project value is around £3m.
The Person
You will be an experienced Fit Out Project Manager or Senior Site Manager with good client relationship skills.
Requirements:
- Strong and proactive
- Able to manage trades and installation along with programme.
- Can read drawings.
- Can plan works.
- A problem solver
- Reliable
- Flexible approach
- Can work autonomously.
