Accounts Team Leader - Construction Experience
We have an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Team Leader to join an expanding energy / construction business in Barnsley / Sheffield. This role will provide day-to-day assistance in a busy finance department.
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Management Accountant key responsibilities will include:
- Processing of purchase invoices.
- Reconciling supplier accounts Ensuring timely payment of suppliers & staff expenses Bank postings and reconciliation.
- Assisting with information collation for VAT returns Track and resolve accounting queries, as required.
- Assisting in other general financial duties, as required.
Experience
- Experience in finance/accounts work with good attention to detail
- Strong inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Working knowledge of either Coins, Eque2, Sage would be desirable
- MS Office, Excel, would be desirable
