This is a unique opportunity for a client-side Quantity Surveyor to join a large Construction Developer based in Yorkshire.

The business in involved in numerous sectors including student accommodation with over 2500 in the pipeline, large city centre developments including residential high rise, industrial / logistic developments, housing and other investments in the North of England.

The role of the Senior Development Manager is to act as the client-side Project Manager overseeing numerous schemes, monitoring costs, planning, managing external consultants and contractors. You should be from a Quantity Surveying background as an ability to monitor costs is essential.

The role comes with a salary up to £100k (depending on current remuneration and experience), car allowance, bonus and benefits package.
