Office Assistant
Thorpe Park, Leeds
My client is looking for an Office Assistant to join their busy construction business at Thorpe Park, Leeds. The role will involve various office duties, which may include trips out to restock supplies, so being able to drive is essential. This is a full time role that would potentially suit someone who has just finished college and is wanting to take the first steps in their career.

The Role
This is an Office Assistant role, which will support the business operations. You will work closely with the Office Manager, HR Director and senior team. The role will require you to carry out various duties as listed (but not limited to):
Reception - answering the phone when required
Sorting post
Accepting deliveries
Restocking supplies - this will mean occaisional trips to shops etc. so being able to drive is essential
Making drinks for visitors when required
Assisting the Office Manager
Assisting the HR Director
You will require:
Excellent communication skills
I.T. Literate in Microsoft Word, Exel etc.
Full UK Driving Licence
5 GCSEs at Grade 4 or above (including English and Maths)
