We’re looking for a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the financial delivery of a major Leeds-based project. The Role

• Take full responsibility for all commercial aspects of your project from start to finish.
• Manage cost planning, valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Produce accurate monthly CVRs to support effective forecasting and financial control.
• Work closely with design, site and client teams to maximise value and minimise risk.
