Your Role

• Lead all planning activity from pre-construction to handover.
• Create and manage robust project programmes using Asta Powerproject or Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with estimating, design, and site teams to produce tender programmes that win work and deliver results.
• Monitor and report on progress, highlighting risks and opportunities.
• Develop smart sequencing strategies to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Present programme updates and solutions to clients and stakeholders with confidence.

About You

• Proven track record as a Planner in construction—ideally with residential, healthcare, or care projects.
• Strong planning software skills (Asta Powerproject, Primavera P6).
• Confident communicator with a detail-driven, solution-focused approach.
• Able to work seamlessly across both pre-construction and live delivery phases.
