A standout opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor to join a growing independent consultancy with a genuine route to equity ownership and future leadership.
The business delivers commercial, retail, education, residential and industrial projects, typically up to £2.5 million.
The Role
You will combine project delivery, client management and business development, including:
- Managing projects from acquisition through to completion
- Leading new-build, refurbishment and extension schemes
- Coordinating consultant teams
- Managing key client relationships
- Winning new work and developing income streams
- Supporting the future growth of the business
What We’re Looking For
- MRICS, or close to achieving chartered status
- Associate or Associate Director-level experience
- Strong private-sector project experience
- Proven client development and business-winning ability
- Excellent technical, commercial and communication skills
- A strong network within the Yorkshire market would be an advantage
