Technical Manager - House Builder / Leeds Based (Unique Opportunity)
£55k + Car Allowance + Package

Company:
Our client A Major construction company who provide services across the UK in commercial and retail, education, health and social care and renewable energy have just opened a new housing arm with offices now based in Leeds centre.
Purpose of the Role:
The main purpose of the role is to control and co-ordinate all technical information between external consultants and internal departments. To ensure all approvals are obtained and information received issued to allow for a programmed start on site. To understand, implement and adhere to SHEQ policy and strategy.
What we are looking for:
- Experience of managing and development individuals
- First rate communication and influencing skills
- Good at developing relationships
- Flexible - able to work at all levels and at hands on level
- Proven written communication skills
- Previous experience of building relationships with clients/customers
- IT skills including Microsoft packages (advanced knowledge)
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
- A proven track record of delivering Building Control approvals.
- Excellent architectural knowledge - particularly house types.
- Experience of managing consultants.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Confident with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Demonstrates eye for detail and commitment to delivering excellent standards.
- Excellent organisational skills and able to prioritise and manage own workload.
- Effectively manage time to meet deadlines.
- Professional attitude and approach to work.
- Self-motivated, resilient and tenacious.
- Current and Valid UK driving licence.

This opportunity comes with a salary of between £55,000 pa dependent on previous experience plus a car or allowance and excellent career progression opportunities.
