Senior Project Manager
Location: Midlands/Bicester/Coventry/Kettering
Start: January 2023
My client, who is a highly successful and well established major construction/civils business, is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead project delivery for a substantial pipeine of work.
The Role Requirements
- Preferable 10 years' experience working on fast-track design and build type projects comprising sheds/industrial units including managing internal MHE/Mezzanines with offices and all associated external works and capable of overseeing large value project of circa £40m so preferable location is within 45 mins of Bicester/Coventry/Kettering)
- Experience in other types of construction not essential but would be ideally required, such as RC frames, student accommodation working in restricted workspaces.
- This person would be responsible for overall performance of project including programme, quality, client satisfaction, delivery, and commercial performance.
- PM would report to Contracts Manager/Project Director(visiting) and provide regular reports on project covering all aspects of project every month.PM would present the monthly Project Report (MPR) on site to Contract Manager/Regional Commercial Manager and Construction Director.
- PM would work closely with the Project Surveyor and Design Manager as a "team" overseeing this project to ensure both design/procurement is delivered to facilitate the target programm
