This is a Sheffield based architectural and interior design practice operating throughout the UK. Projects are generally within the leisure sector including hotel projects and new build restaurants / pubs for the UK’s largest pub chains.
The practice is in growth mode and are currently expanding keep up with the ever increasing work load within this construction sector and have an exciting opportunity for an Architectural Technologist to join the team.
Role:
This current requirement is for an Architectural Technologist who is technically strong, ideally you will have experience within the leisure sector, however this is not essential providing you have strong technical knowledge and ability. Your role will be to strengthen the technical expertise within the office and deliver working drawings and technical solutions to a variety of exciting schemes.
Requirements:- Ability to produce working drawing packages and details efficiently and accurately
- Ability to produce NBS specifications
- AutoCAD experience essential.
- Leisure project experience a bonus
Qualifications:
You will be degree or HNC qualified in Architectural Technology with at least 5 years practical experience.
