This is a nationally active business involved in residential construction projects. Due to continued expansion there is a requirement for a Design Manager to be based out of the Huddersfield office.

As Design Manager you will oversee members of the architectural design team, oversee multiple projects from a design perspective ensuring they are delivered efficiently and work with other elements of the business on bids and tenders for new work.

You should have similar career experience either within an architectural practice, main building contractor or house builder. You will have a design background and have developed solid management skills throughout your career.
